The iris scanner is great when you need more security than just a fingerprint scanner.

It's also incredibly useful when you can't use the fingerprint scanner because your fingers are too wet, dirty, or in a glove due to cold weather or occupational reasons.

This may not be most people, but it's nice that this gives a great way to secure a phone for people who don't have fingers.

Given that the iris scanner is lightning fast and reliable, looks like Samsung executed this phenomenally. I also saw a video of someone using the iris scanner with glasses, sunglasses, in the dark, and with one eye too!

I love that if a buddy is texting me about a game I've never heard of, or a location they would like me to meet me at where I don't know the location, or just about anything that I would like to know more about, I just hold down the home key and the Note 7 reads the texts on the screen and loads webpages that corresponds to what was written in the texts.
