Sure theres no removeable battery, but.. At least samsung didn't smoke something they shouldn't have, and remove the 3.5mm jack.

It's almost exactly the same phone as the s7 edge which isn't a bad thing but I feel like I waited for this phone for no reason I should have just got the s7 edge from the beginning

The screens are not the same, the note 7 is a HDR Super AMOLED slightly better at whites, color, details and more brighter image and videos without looking overexposed, it reproduce a better viewing experience.

No major different except IRIS scanner and S pen..
Disappointing.. this is just like s7 edge

I am getting S7 Edge for the follow reasons - cheaper (I buy the handset only. I dont do 2 year contracts as they are much more expensive - I do 30 Sim only deals - I am based in the UK), it is a similar size - slightly smaller, has a more powerful battery, has the same processor/camera as the Note 7, I never use my S Pen in my Note 4 (which I got in April 2015), Iris scanner means nothing to me as I dont even use my current finger print scanner etc. I use the Android patterns. Yes the Note 7 will have improved gorilla glass 4 too but I use a shock proof case and use tempered glass. I dont need the expanded on board memory of the Note 7 but this a great feature. The choice is yours. The S7 Edge only came out worldwide in March so it is still very recent. The Note 7 will be £300 more than the S7 Edge but it depends on several things for people deciding which one to buy.
Economics, Usage and your current phone. Also if you want the latest too then obviously the Note 7 is for you. It is like choosing between two beautiful girls.

I still have my note 3, and I still love it. The Note 3 was the last phone with dual antennas able to simultaneously use voice and data. All phones released after the Note 3 are equipped with a different chip set and antennas... at least on sprint that is.

I bought the S7 EDGE when it first came out and I love it!! I just don't see enough in the Note 7 to make me buy one..I think I will wait for the..GS8

Rooted + usb-c sounds pretty nice. Onyx looks really clean. Wish they had beefed the internals a bit more then it would be perfect.

Looks really good, though it is pretty much a bigger S7 Edge. I was expecting a 4k Amoled display with 6 to 8GB RAM. I'll wait for the Galaxy S8

It does add a few unique functions, like the S pen, the larger screen..I owned a note 1, 2, 3 and now I have a 5, with the return of micro SD and larger battery I may upgrade

i was waiting for the note 5 active, they never made any water resistant notes, but i guess this will do...it's more like a successor to the first note edge.

I thought that the main 2 differences between these phones were the S-pen & USB type C. There's also a slightly smaller screen on the S7 edge. The HDR video on The Note 7. The UI is also more enjoyable IMO on the Note 7. I returned mine because I didn't want to risk it with the battery issue. The S7 edge isn't far off from the Note but if you're a user like me, then you'd feel the difference. To the average user, it wouldn't be a huge difference but there are some things besides the S-pen that would make you pick the Note 7 over the S7 edge.
