i have a lot of friends who are enfp and i feel so happy around them. Being a quite emotional person, they always take care about how i feel and also help me try not to spiral myself in my own thoughts and they are very chill people.
But i wanted to say that please take care of yourself and don't over work yourself

Hey! ENFP here! Yes, i forgot about my body needs every day. I work at a botanical garden and i'd love to just do my things whole day, but i have to eat and drink as well... I often (if not always) end up having a headache and im really skinny XD But please!!! Eating is sooo boring!!! And repetitive...

I hate this stereotype of all ENFP 100% happy and optimistic, outgoing all the time. Many ENFPs are thought they are ambivert rather than extrovert including myself. I think we need to feel FREE to be 100% ourselves, and these days 9 to 5 jobs hardy fulfill that.
