Does it connect to an arcade machine? It doesn't appear there are connectors for the second row of buttons via the feature connector harness in Capcop SF2 machines.

Test out Final Fight or another CPS1 game to see if there is screen tearing. You did this on the previous version and it was helpful to see how this works.
