For the awakening animation i think the "Child emporer" will call in the mech and itll fly and land behind the player, and then the player will hop inside of it and then you can control it.

What I think they should do for passive is when in ult, if you die in the mech, the mech will break down and die, but not you, so when it dies you drop down and can continue fighting

as a modeler / animator, i believe that the animation that shows a metal leg at 1:57 (aparently) is actually a hand, and the owner just removed the dummys legs from the model so he can model the arm on the side easier instead of having to clip his camera into the leg or whatever.

4:00 how i think it is gonna be like: you use a computer that is like a bracelet around your forearm. you tap it a bit and suddently it falls down the sky causing impact. it deals collateral damage a little bit like garou's ult. then you climb up your mech, open it and you are done. then one its done, new thing, there is a i-framed animation where you get out of your mech and he flies away to the sky

to be honest a passive that would be amazing for child emperor would be smth like plot armor or a user sized suit that would reduce damage received by 5% or idk.

If you look closely when you were talking about that, ultimate and the dragon popped up and if you look closely, you see somebody in the dragons mouth

Maybe the passive for the ultimate is that it doesn’t have a timer (like Siatama) maybe it’s like if you do enoigh dmg to mech the ultimate ends

The sneak at 2:07 if you download the file it's name is arm attachment so it's nothing about the feet so maybe it's a toggle move or just spawn animation
