I wish there were more interviews with Bruce Lee. Hearing him talk philosophy is almost as good as watching him do martial arts.

Bruce Lee was at a level mentally thats not seen in very many humans his mental strength was way greater than his physical the physical was like icing on the cake

What I got from this is.
Feelings = Finger pointing away to heavenly glory.

But, we should not concentrate on our feelings (finger), we should not think about our feelings, we should just simply "feel" them.

Just feeling and acting on our feelings will take us to places, whereas if we start thinking why we feel a certain way, why is this happening like this, and start overthinking, then we miss the heavenly glory.

So if you feel happy, feel happy.
If you feel grateful, be grateful.
Do not think why you are grateful and go in a loop, just "be".
