With what enemy are you struggling the most?
BTW: you can reach this high quota I've shown without mods and also without the safespots shown in the end!

Can confirm, all of these tips are helpful. I've basically watched all of Insym and Psycho's daily sessions and learned so much from them experimenting with these tactics.

Another 2 tips i found out recently, SAVE YOUR PRESENTS if you open a present ya got on offense on a mansion map it will drop mansion loot, second thing, Spam click when opening a present there is a bug that lets it drop a ton of items depending how fast you are

Here is 2 more things.
1. Now the buffed radar booster is good now, you can flash with it, which does the same as a stun grenade, you do need a computer guy for this to type flash "radar booster name". This saves you from giants, can stall jesters for a minute from winding up and you can reset it's speed to dirt slow, can stun coil heads and helps you get away from thumpers.
2. If you have someone in the ship, you should buy a ship horn. If you pull the horn it will lure eyeless dogs in front of the ship, and you can keep the dogs there indefinitely. No clue if the horn has bigger aggro than a player is running.

Just 1 little problem with closing doors. If you're playing with other people, closed doors usually indicate that it's an unexplored area... meaning you might bait others to search areas you already checked. Still a good strategy if you know there is a monster nearby or you're leaving the building.

Another big tip is how insanely good the radar booster is. It's a reusable flash, which means that if someone is on the ship, it's unlimited stun on giants. Plus, jesters reset their speed when stunned, meaning they constantly will walk at a snail's pace, making them mostly harmless

Small note on the “always look back” tip, while essential to countering Brackens, it does contribute to your “insanity meter”.

It’s a hidden game value that makes your character more likely to hallucinate and get haunted by the ghost girl. At the end of each day the result screen will show some notes, and if you get “Most paranoid” it means your insanity meter rose the most.

While the whole insanity mechanic is still very intricate and not fully understood, the best ways to lower it is to talk to people more (in game), and spend more time outdoors

It's refreshing to see a "pro tips" video that isn't just some guy reading straight from the game's wiki page. Thanks !

Some of these should have an update. For instance: when you were going for the high quota you've also used a teleport and that's how a shipmom or shipdad can save you from an enemy when you're in a "safe spot".

Great vid but could use some generic ones like:
1. Always bring fast encountered loot outside, in front of the entrance. This will prevent the loot to be stolen by a Yippiee/Loot Bug.

2. Often jumping above enemies is the better solution than fighting them, for example spider, thumper or snare flea. The map will spawn new enemies after the killed one too, so it's not the safest method while dealing with them.

3. Always turn off the robot toys and other items that make sound to help you avoid those irritating blind dogs.

another high value tip is that you can stun with radar booster. it is highly effective against giants and jesters. giants cant kill you if you keep flashing and jesters speed resets with each flash making it so that someone could keep it harmless indefinitely

i prefer assurance to vow, the vow fire exit can be a death trap, and there are worse spawns for vow.

i can see the merit of the idea of closing doors as you enter a room, but opening all the doors you closed while entering a room when there's a coilhead in front of you is going to be very difficult.

on the worm, always keep half your stamina bar when returning to the ship in the late afternoon

Listen. Hear me out. You guys gotta trust me. I have done extensive testing, and I can say that you should **NEVER reverse direction when avoiding an Earth Leviathan's instant kill attack.** The worm attacks randomly while following a player, and provided the player is walking in a straight line, this is nearly always behind them. Not only does changing direction move you into the worm's area of effect, but it also freezes you for a moment while it cancels out your forwards momentum. It will nearly always kill you. The best strategy is to sprint forwards when you see the visual cue.

The other tip to drop your items and sprint in the opposite direction as soon as you hear the worm approach (not when it attacks) is a very good idea. Due to the worm's slow roaming speed, you are very likely to encounter it by running into its radius. Running the other direction can cause it to lose aggression.

Thank you for reading this. I don't think anyone is to blame for this bad strategy. Leviathans are exceedingly rare, and it makes sense that this approach spread through word of mouth rather than experience. I only discovered it was wrong after dying repeatedly after reacting to the attack, and I had to spend a lot of time in a modified client to confirm my hypothesis.

If you want to doubt me, I do not blame you, but I strongly recommend that you do the same testing yourself. Spawn in a few worms with the GameMaster mod, and use the Minimap mod to track their movement. I would do anything to get more people to see the light.

SPRINT FORWARDS! :)

I always liked your phasmophobia guides and I had been wondering when you’d drop a lethal company one. You didn’t disappoint. :)

In a random multiplayer game your worst enemy can be your teammates.
We had deaths by:

- Selling items to boss
- Whoopie cushion teamwipes
- taser gun and stun grenades on teammates that lead to death by the (not stunned) entity.
- accidental shovel kills on own teammates whilst trying to save them
- snare fleas being blown of teammates head by shotgun (100% kills flea and human player)
- Not knowing difference between actually whispering and those loud yelled "whispers"
- "oH wAIt is ThIS eClYpsED ?"

but also the more general deaths by:

- poor entity knoledge and how to counter/avoid them
- poor map knowleadge (outside world locations like entrances and fire exits as well as ship location on map)
- poor event knowledge (stormy, flooded etc.)
- not carefully listening to entity sounds to determine who you´re dealing with
- no scanning enough

VERY USEFUL TIPS. Especially for the Thumper. My friends and I are so scared whenever we heard the thumper the we leave the moon immediately. After this guide, we've finally killed our very first THUMPER.

Sadly, closing doors is also a downside if a coil head spawns in front of you and you can't open the door to get away.
So I do a bit of both.
I leave to door open until I reach dead ends and close the door when I am leaving.
