- During making War of the Worlds, Tom even set up a Scientology tent on the set.
- Spielberg's kid was taking anti-seizure medication so scientologists tried to convince him to use a vitamin regimen instead. That make her wife furious and she went ballistic with Tom at a party.
- To all of this, add up the picket outside the therapist's office and the bad press of the movie because Tom used all the interviews about the movie to jumping on couches or to say Scientology BS.
- Also remember that during that time period Tom was activately looking for a wife and he presented Nazanin (a Scientologist actress that passed the wifey test) to everybody on set just the day after they met. She was extremely uncomfortable and when she got to meet Steven, basically Tom gave her a long and akward french kiss instead of presenting her as an actress or something.

You have to tell the Scarlett’ Johansson story . Tom invited her to dinner at the Celeb center. She thought it odd but he said the food and etc were great. She arrived alone and was shown into a room like a meeting room with Scientology execs. She turned around and left.

My parent’s cult in Minnesota is hounding me and will not let up. They act exactly as people do from Scientology. It is exhausting, as they are controlled by 1 man. It truly is scary.

A few years ago Scientology opened a major centre in Chatswood NSW Australia (labelled as "Advanced Organisation & Saint Hill ANZO" - with the word Scientology not mentioned) to everyones horror, particularly the nearby residents. Their behaviour seems to be very similar to what i've read they do in the US - blocking people from using the nearby public parks (there is a major national park nearby), and asking that residents have special passes to enter their own public streets that are neaby the centre entrance etc. It is absolutely disgusting and toxic.

Considering that David Beckham is "just a working class lad" that is willing to spend 12 hours waiting in line to see the queen's coffin, I doubt he is too bother about the soccer fields he plays on being professional grade
