I was in a Catholic youth group in high school. In 2002 I got to go to World Youth Day in Toronto and it was amazing. We had a "host family" in Canada who was an older lady we stayed with who cooked us breakfast. The coolest thing was not just that we saw the pope (John Paul II at the time), but that there were so many beautiful people from all around the world. We exchanged bracelets and pins from Maine with other people. I remember playing cards with people from New Zealand. It was so awesome and one of my favorite life memories. I'm so glad Conan and the others got to have this experience. <3
