It just makes you smile to know that someone so talented and kind can have an extended stay in the spotlight with a song that is one of the catchiest pop tunes of all time.

Rick has aged like fine wine. So glad seeing someone out of the 80s in good health great spirits and back at work❤

I remember the days where it was impossible to find an interview of Rick without getting Rick Rolled 50 million times first. Good times.

I was the guy who handed him his tickets for McCartney. It was in Fort Worth Texas @ Dickies Arena. (I work at box office) Very very cool guy & let me shake his hand & his wife took our picture.

My nephew is 11 and he has an insane obsession with this song. Unbelievable, this never gets old. I hope the 80s music makes a comeback

I feel so fortunate to have grown up in this wonderful time. The 70s and 80s where great.

A Legend for all the right reasons. And a Sinatra album would be insane.

Man, he STILL has such a great head of hair! I'm just two years younger and I didn't have the same luck. Anyway, I'm really happy to see him doing so well. He seems like a really normal, nice, and decent guy. I'm still a fan.

Rick, thank you for returning to what you were born to do. You are a blessing! And Anthony Mason, I bid CBS Mornings farewell when you left the daily broadcast. It just isn't the same without you! Thank you for bringing us this story about an amazing performer!

He got a gifted voice. I've been listening to his songs recently. I now love them more than ever. I was in diapers when songs came out in the 80s so I never care for 80 music then. But wow he is amazing. Not only a great singer but a wonderful man.
