Why does recitation of the Qur'an brings such peace? It's been my only cure for my negative emotions...why is that? I don't even understand 95% of the language. It inspires thoughts, makes me cry and feel calm.

( سورة النساء من الآية ١٥٥ إلي ١٦٠ )

فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِمْ مِّيثٰقَهُمْ وَكُفْرِهِمْ بِئَايٰتِ اللَّهِ وَقَتْلِهِمُ الْأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَقَوْلِهِمْ قُلُوبُنَا غُلْفٌ  ۚ بَلْ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
وَبِكُفْرِهِمْ وَقَوْلِهِمْ عَلٰى مَرْيَمَ بُهْتٰنًا عَظِيمًا
وَقَوْلِهِمْ إِنَّا قَتَلْنَا الْمَسِيحَ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ وَلٰكِنْ شُبِّهَ لَهُمْ  ۚ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ لَفِى شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ  ۚ مَا لَهُمْ بِهِۦ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِلَّا اتِّبَاعَ الظَّنِّ  ۚ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ يَقِينًا
بَل رَّفَعَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ  ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
وَإِنْ مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ إِلَّا لَيُؤْمِنَنَّ بِهِۦ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِۦ  ۖ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا
فَبِظُلْمٍ مِّنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ طَيِّبٰتٍ أُحِلَّتْ لَهُمْ وَبِصَدِّهِمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا

I'm ashamed of myself. I'm muslim and i learn arabic to read Holy Quran since I'm little, but I couldn't read like these amazing young men til now.
