Debunking some stuff on DIO:OH real quick

Timestop:
Its never once stated or shown that the world over heaven can stop time infinitely nor has araki confirmed it and he helped and designed the entire story of eyes of heaven, people assume he can because pucci can accelerate time infinitely so they just make the assumption that dio can stop time infinitely however this isn't true
time acceleration does not drain pucci's stamina, his stamina stays the same regardless of what speed he is moving at, However time stop drains stamina thus why dio was able to stop time longer than jotaro due to the fact that he was a vampire so much more stamina then a normal human
Clearly attaining heaven doesn't give you infinite stamina meaning that dio cannot stop time infinitely with the information ive just provided, if you don't believe that its never stated then go and watch the full story of eyes of heaven or watch the few chapters that DIO:OH is in

Reality Overwrite:
This ability simply overwrites the reality of something thus why he bypassed return to zero and easily punched away infnite rotation because he changed their entire reality let alone nullifying it, However he cannot rewrite anything if his hands are damaged in any way or without physical contact. The ability scales to low 2-C max due to the fact that it doesn't rewrite parallel worlds themselves


Jotaro easily blitzed DIO:OH making dios reaction speed MFTL+ max, Pucci easily dodged star platinum barrage and point blank range with less than a second to react on multiple different occasions and he has done the same with stone free
if DIO couldn't even react to jotaro he has no way of reaction to made in heaven meaning pucci can easily blitz him and cut off his arms

if you want to make the argument on "DIO cant even be damaged by pucci because of his durability" Hate breaking it to you but attack potency/Striking power=Durability
Pucci easily killed jotaro in a single slice placing his A.P+Durability far higher than jotaro, Jotaro burrowed a hole through dio's skull even after he had twoh meaning his durability doesn't surpass star platinum's attack potency/striking power
Pucci would easily be able to slice up DIO:OH


Scaling some stuff for pucci

Time Acceleration(One Big Cycle Including Uni Reset):
Universe Reset is 2-C at Least, This places it above reality overwrite in terms of destructive capability or attack potency, It completely destroys the universe and then resets it into another one.
The advantages of this ability are the facts that pucci gains knowledge of everything that will and ever has happened due to universe reset which makes him the most knowledge filled character in jojo even surpassing people century's older(Kars/DIO), Lets also not forget that anyone who dies during time accelerating is completely erased from existence when the universe resets stated by pucci multiple times in stone ocean. He also gains the ability to completely control fate in the new universe, my evidence being the fact that emporio required pucci to insert weather reports disk into his head because he could not insert it himself stated in databooks and manga panels. This completely changed both of their fates even pucci's own fate which he can see play out before him since he is the center of made in heaven however when he completes this ability this extends to everyone(not being able to manipulate fate, but being able to see it play out before them)

Consequential Fate:
This consequence of universe reset makes all of humanity and all living organisms see their fate play out before them and even have knowledge of their entire future and their destiny, stated by pucci multiple times at the end of stone ocean that this ability will extend to all of mankind and allow them to be prepared for anything in life which was the completion of made in heaven

Completed+Composite MIH:
This ability is after pucci starts accelerated time in cape Canaveral after resetting the original universe where it all started, this means that he can accelerate time forever and infinitely until he dies if he so wishes to and also grants him unlimited knowledge and immeasurable stats in general, he moves so fast to the point that existence itself bends to pucci's gravity and control, This makes him the strongest character in canon jojo by a mile even surpassing stands like GER, WOU and S&W GB (I have other videos explaining those fights), Composite means that pucci can use all his former evolution abilities which is not unlikely at all considering GER could use GE abilties, KQBTD could use KQ moves and Twoh can still use The worlds moves. This means that all these previous abilities will be amped 10x from what they were with their original evolution almost as if they got requiemed



Pucci simply blitzes and chops off both his arms and legs so he cant rewrite reality or time stop making pucci the winner of this fight

I know DIO OH has other abilities but they are fodder compared to universe reset or the heaven cycle making them irrelevant in this fight so I'm using his best 2 abilities and highest scaling abilities that keep up with universe reset, Dimensional scaling does not work in this fight due to the fact they are the same since they were obtained the exact same way with the same gravitational force however MIH still scales higher with the advantage in an out of commission fight.

If Pucci was immeasurable he wouldn't be stopped by Time Stop, he's just Infinite speed. If anything, OH Dio should be the one to have Immeasurable speed since he could react to TA4 Infinite Rotation which transcends Time Stop. OH Dio also never got blitzed by Jotaro, he was just being cocky as usual.
