These rock!
1.A note on the vodka I tried 80 proof and 100 proof..way better result with the 100 proof.
2. Don't let the chicken cool too long between frying. Ramen seems to stick on better to hotter chicken. Maybe have two pots of oil.
3. Throw some chili powder or chili flakes in dry mix for some added kick.

She's smart! She double fried. Making the meat cooked through and extra crispy for the batter. And smart that she did the ramen on the second fry so that way you don't burn the ramen which adds another layer of flavor and crunch!
