A year later and this is a MUCH BIGGER DEAL than anyone anticipated: 2023 had about the same new affordable housing built as 2020-2022 *COMBINED.* That's triple as good as the last mayor, and it cost us all $0.

*All* developers building the housing projects of any type, including and especially the high end, should not have to go through a review process. That should be only with private property owners only. Freedom is the practical way to govern.
Also New housing of all types is an increase in supply, so overall high end and middle, reduces or holds rents level, not necessarily in a specific area but overall.
