Should you share your 'Body Count?'
Показать описание
"Important clarification needed here! This is just one very short clip of a much longer conversation where I share what IS helpful or even important to share with your sexual partner about your history (like trauma, important lessons you've learned about your needs and desires, and STI status and history). But I find sharing your 'body count' with your partner doesn't really build trust. More likely it just creates unnecessary anxiety and jealousy!
In a world that's obsessed with counting and comparing, it's time to let go of the idea that your sexual history defines you. At the end of the day, it doesn't define your worth or your ability to love.
In this week's Language of Love Bite, I’m helping you navigate through this conversation with your partner and, even more importantly, understand the implications of even asking the question in the first place!
Welcome to my channel, where I give you in-depth advice for all your love, sex, and relationship questions! Have a question? Leave a comment or get in contact!
