I wrestled with a tire for ages in my garage, and could NOT figure out how to complete it. This was the only video I found that clearly showed how to get the tube in, and align the valve stem, and then get the tire back on. Once I did it exactly as you show here, it was easy peasy. I swear my neighbors almost saw a grown man cry in his and finally got the darn thing on thanks to this. Thank you!!

What an amazing video. All these years, struggling with tire mounting/dismounting and one 8 minute video illustrates the error of my ways. And it works for the most stubborn of tire/tube combinations, big or small, fat of thin, bicycle or motorbike The secret sauce in your method is just the right amount of air in the tube. Thanks.

You forgot to add cussing and throwing tools. Most important patches. Thanks for the video. As for a tire stand as someone else commented I just use a long screwdriver in a vice and toss a small square scrap board with a hole in it over the screwdriver as a base.

I remember teaching my young fella how to change his tyres, I came down to the shed one time & he was fixing his tyre & I heard all the F's & C's coming out of him & thought I might leave him to it, we still laugh about that . he did get the hang of it after a while

When you set the Bead Buddy, place a spoon or spoons to the left of it and when you get to where the tire gets tight, just lift them up. This is especially helpful for the amateur tire changer. I've put in as many as three spoons in to make it really easy.

I like your method of putting the inner tube into the tire first before trying to install both the inner tube and the tire back onto the wheel. It makes putting the tube valve back onto the rim much easier. Half inflating the inner tube before putting it back onto the wheel was another great tip.
