That was literally Martavis' first career target. Absolutely wasted talent. He was a healthy inactive for the first 6 games of his rookie year, then supplanted Lance Moore and became the big play catalyst of a Steelers offense that was lacking one.
Weeks 1-6 of 2014 w/o Bryant (3-3 record, 20.7 PPG)
Weeks 7-17 (8-2 record, 31.2 PPG)
Then in 2015, he got suspended 4 games for weed and then missed another game because of his ankle injury. If he had played all 16 games in his first 2 years, these would've been his stats:
2014: 42 REC, 878 YDS, 13 TD
2015: 73 REC, 1, 113 YDS, 9 TD

How the mighty have fallen! I think the Steelers brass need to see this video clip and videos of the last 3 games. It’s sad. I remember how I would look forward to watching the Steelers play on MNF with the likes of Big Ben, The Bus, Troy Palomalu, Heinz Ward. Lots and lots of work in the offseason and a deep thorough search for an OC and perhaps an HC(if it goes that far).
