Any group that can help with mental health is good, its a tough one but more often than not blokes will find it easier to talk to blokes. Its not sexist and I get that people will find it difficult. I lost my wife had counselling and it worked for me talking to a man, can't explain it and I'm not a sexist person. My opinion for what its worth. Keep up the good work Olly.

Am 90% today...was looking to plant the veg garden tomorrow but its forecast rain. Would be 110% if i could get one of those tea bags... cant get Tetley in Hungary... always smuggle some in my luggage when i go home. Our farm at home always had 75% jobs everywhere, well done on converting one to 100%.
