CHEESECAKE BROWNIE RECIPE

Simple Cooking Channel Merchandise!!


Ingredients

150 Grams ( 5.29 Ounces ) of unsalted butter
300 Grams ( 10.58 Ounces ) of dark chocolate
2 Eggs - Beaten
3/4 of a cup of white or caster sugar
1/4 of a cup of sour cream
1.5 Cups of plain flour
250 Grams ( 8.82 Ounces ) of cream cheese
1/3 of a cup of white or caster sugar
1 Egg

You do but it can still work the other way around as long as the chocolate isn't hot. This way by adding a little egg it cools the chocolate so when you add the rest of the egg it's cooler :D

Just so you know i don't make up every recipe i make & recipes aren't copyrighted. Just like making scrambled eggs there are set ways to make certain cakes etc & there will be times that i & others will make the exact same recipe just because that's the way to make it :D

It mixes better with the cream cheese & sugar. By doing it with the eggs first sometimes they can be over mixed :D
