This is an activation of the amber alert system. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. We have received important information regarding a child abducted in Maricopa County. The Surprise Police are looking for Paytan Costello who was last seen in the area of 16000 W. Banff Lane in Surprise, AZ in Maricopa County and is believed to be in danger. Paytan Costello, 2-years-old, 20 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a purple princess night gown.
