Meross was on a roll in 2021, releasing several HomeKit compatible devices, and it looks like 2022 might continue in the same fashion. Hot out of the starting blocks is the Meross Smart Oil diffuser that works with HomeKit.
The Meross Smart oil diffuser features a wood like finish and ambient ring light around the base that can produce 16 million colours. It works with HomeKit and is exposed as a humidifier and can hold up to 400ml of water that can be used with or without natural essential oils. In this Meross smart oil diffuser review, I will take you through my thoughts on the design, setup, how it works with HomeKit.

Another good review. Man, it took me about five of your videos before I figured out what the "Oh-Map" was. 😆

Great review Jon! I like the look of the Meross diffuser and it’s got a fairly large water reservoir so you don’t have to refill as often as other diffusers on the market! 💦👏🏼 Best of all, I love that it’s HomeKit compatible of coarse!

Hi! Great videos! - a great help
I have a Aqara Vibration Sensor + HomeKit (+Pushcut app if thats any use) - I wanted an automation to do something when the washing machine stops detecting motion - issue I am having is that when the machine stops during the cycle this triggers the alert so I wanted something just when its finished completely - any ideas? - thanks!

Hi. I just got a meross oil difusser (mod 150). It shows a humidity sensor in home app. After a few weeks it is stuck in 100%, therefore it won't start difussing. Any thoughts on that? Thank You.

Great, exhaustive review delivered in under 10 minutes: well done! I have an interesting recommendation. I’ve purchased a few products for the first time ever simply because of (1) a great online review and (2) it adds to my HK home… I wonder how adding a comparison to the market’s best “dumb” device of the same product type would help. Obviously this is no critique of your approach as I have not seen anyone do this, AND it would be expensive to do it with the same device. Maybe a link to an online review of the dumb product. I just don’t know how these defusers compare to the rest of the market because I have never looked at one.

A bit ramble, but thanks for another great review.

I was looking at this on our UK Amazon, as it’s listed on there for £33, however it doesn’t list HomeKit support?

Have the VOCOlinc one and I recommend it. My son used it in his room and likes to control it from his iPad. Meross one definitely looks nicer.

This will be a great way to get my wife to buy into our SmartHome. She is a little reluctant to use Siri for controlling items around the house. But, give her the opportunity to use this device to make the house smell nice. She will be all in with starting to use Siri.

Would be nice if it wasn’t wood grain or different wood stains

100% humidity is not good for you as it promotes mold growth. Usually between 40-60% humidity is advised.
