Gifthub does not offer VQmod for 2.0.3.1 anymore. The website you posted only offers VQmod for versions from 2.5.0 to 2.5.1. Will it work 100% with 2.0.3.1 version?

I am getting a 404 Not Found. There's definitely no install file in the download package for vqmod either
