I order on December 17th 2024 and it is January 27 2025. Over 1 month and still haven't received the product. Been calling them and put on hold for over an hour and just ended up hanging up. This is a scam company taking people's money. They also used my card information to charge $29.99 on me which I never authorized. They are located in Utah.

I ordered some makeup from this company on December 12, I got an email on December 13th saying it was shipped. I got a tracking number and saw that the product was coming from China, oops! RED FLAG! I have emailed them at least a dozen times because I noticed that when the package cleared customs in the States it never moved! More emails sent, but I NEVER got any replies, not once!
Today was the last straw, I have just spent the last 2 1/2 hours on hold with them, with a voice coming on every 3 or 4 minutes saying that they were busy, but stay on the line.
THIS HAS TO BE ASCAM!!!😡🤬🤧🤮

I thought the same thing when I saw these ads and couldn’t find info or any history anywhere. Also there was no physical address or location. Today I saw a device for defrosting your car (nothing to do with cosmetics at all) and it was being sold by the same company. Good job with your review.

They decided to go above and beyond and sell other stuff other than makeup such as a unique item for your car that magically deice your car to where you do not have to scrape.

I know they’re new and So I asked Google if they are legit dems you vdo popped up 😃
