A Utah man is presumed dead after the fishing vessel he was on with four other people capsized. The U.S. Coast Guard searched high seas in freezing temperatures for 24 hours before calling off the search for the Wind Walker. Alex Zamantakis’ family said he was on board, working the commercial fishing job to help get some extra money before the holidays.

Worked on a fishing vessel out of Kodiak in the 60s and had the misfortune of going overboard once! I was immediately pulled back aboard, but that water is SO VERY cold! Heartfelt condolences to the family members!!

If it was one of their family they'd still be looking. Hopefully he might still be alive somewhere.

Why would they only look for the capsized boat for 24hrs? If they're in the life boat they could be alive.

Heartfelt prayers 🙏🏽 Loss My Brother in Chicago Michigan River on July 26 Boat CAPSIZE Out 16 People on The Boat and my Brother Wasn't Found is a Understatement. When they Stop 🛑 Search I don't Understand that Part. I Mean They have Trained Divers that supposedly Be Able 2 Go in that Water. Stopping Search on my Brother was so Heartfelt. He Stayed in that Water 3 Days Lifeless 🤦🏽‍♀️ Sending My Condolences 😢 LLSnoop Lorenzo Tobin 4 Ever in Our Hearts.
