The problem is that watching the trailers or the ISHFIY music video, it just does not come close to doing the show justice. I've been three times & believe me, standing there in front of the stage if you didn't know better, you would truly believe that ABBA were there in front of you. It's mind blowing.

Oasis Noel Gallaher slammed and got critical on the idea of the VOYAGE show back in 2022.Guess what?....he finally attented about 2 years later on.He reconsidered and got so much impressed stating
"I went to see that Abba show. Have you been? It’s f#cking unbelievable!!!.” It was great – an hour and a half gig. It was very, very impressive. I genuinely thought at one point that the people on the stage, which were holograms, were… they looked that real that I thought they were actors, like playing. The way they walk to the stage is so realistic. Not being able to see the real ABBA since they even turned down a billion $ for a reunion concert, this is truly and amazingly the closest that you will ever get to a real ABBA concert. You'll clap, even when you know that the four are not actually there. And it easily beats a lot of live performances where the band is actually present.

As cynical as I am (work as a video editor and with a lot of technology) I was able to suspend my disbelief and by the end of the show, grown man in his 40s… I was sobbing and crying and ‘thanking’ ABBA as I cheered, as if they were really there! It was one of the most memorable and best nights of my life and that is just not the type of person I am to even say that about anything… It honestly takes a lot for me to get excited about anything. I must say though - the one ingredient you must include is someone GOOD to go with. That might not even be your partner or family - be picky and selective about going with someone who is FUN. I was lucky and asked an old friend that I knew liked ABBA and is a happy person with good energy. We were sitting in the seats, swaying, laughing, singing along… but I could see the rare few that felt a bit self-conscious or even sad that they were stuck sat next to someone who wasn’t fun. The majority of people were upbeat and enjoying it (and I would pick seated over the chaotic dance-floor again if I were to go a second time…) but like I say, the rare few looked a bit sad that they couldn’t just let loose and be as unashamed and feel free like we felt… because they were sat next to a boring spouse, etc. So pick someone worthy of the experience to go with - it makes all the difference.
