Be VULNERABLE - ask for HELP

Thank you. Justine & Michael 💚

There comes a moment in every life when the weight we carry feels too great to bear alone. In these moments, a choice appears: to keep struggling in silence or to open ourselves to the strength and kindness of others.

This story is about that choice — a journey of discovering the beauty in being vulnerable, and in finding that this simple act can transform not just ourselves but those who stand ready to help.

It’s not easy to let go of the walls we build to protect our independence, but when we do, something remarkable happens. Bonds, delicate yet enduring, can be forged; a quiet, gentle exchange of giving and receiving becomes a shared act of humanity, binding us ever closer to one another and reminding us that we are not alone.

Featuring Jenny Jackson.
Filmed in Hermanus, South Africa.

This is the fifth film that we have made together with Jenny. If you've missed the others, you can see them here:

I love this woman. Showing the result of her life charming, intelligent, wise, creative, so honest, enchanting and still vulnerable. She s been trying her best with all her regrets and gratitudes. Nothing is hidden all shown. Such a beautiful soul and woman

I loved seeing Jenny again. It was so hard for her to be in so much pain😢. But to see her happy, smiling, glowing with her friends was heartening. I am sending her love. And to you too for the work you do.❤❤❤.

Thank you for yet another installment including Jenny. She is such a joy to watch. And, I love how that now iconic round window is present from the start. My mother passed away this year; she was 94. Watching Jenny here, though her personality is nothing like my mom's, felt like a gift, a moment to recall my own mom, and a reminder to reflect on the blessings, while they last, of our too short lives. The moments we have together are precious; always to be treasured; but, once gone, never to be had again.

That red fridge and those teal-ish blue cabinets told me all I needed to know about how awesome she is, but then she started to speak and her wisdom told me even more 😊❤

O my goodness, I am in tears…and joyous at the same time! I am a “fiercely independent” solitary 78 year old widow who recently went through a similar agonizing bout but I was too proud, too vain, too shy, too silly to ask for help and the realization, suddenly, of my vulnerability plunged me into great despair…but seeing Jenny, hearing her story, sharing her grace has lifted me. Thank you Jenny and to the crafters of these films who touch my heart so deeply!

I was looking forward to hearing from Jenny again when the year anniversary of her last film came along. Her vulnerable words have become a beautiful tradition on this channel.

I feel sad that you’re mother didn’t show you the love and caring that every child deserves, but then I am overjoyed that you have opened yourself up to the love of those around you 🙏🥰💕🙏

I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes they could be sitting w/Jenny with a glass of wine & just hang out with her! Thank you for profiling her again. She has truly worked through a lot of her trauma not only healing herself but also her relationship with her children and come out on the other side with so much wisdom. Jenny if you see this I wish you nothing but happiness & especially no more pain! Thank you for being so open, honest & vulnerable and truly sharing your story with us. You are truly helping many people. Much love to you 💜

What I love about Jenny is her heartfelt honesty. That makes a huge difference in listening to life stories, doesn't it? She doesn't mind saying, "I might be wrong!" I wish I could be more like her--I am almost 80 and have lost my husband and my son. I take on huge projects I may never finish. The only person I am close with is my daughter who struggles with her own life... However, I do believe that we are spiritual beings living on the Earthly realm for a short time and that we are immortal and eternal. This concept should help everyone on their unique journeys!

Listening to Jenny speak is like listening to a magnificent orchestra play each note with grandeur and prestige. At the same time, her soothing words are like a warm blanket pulled right out of the dryer, wrapped around you giving you comfort and warmth.
I don't know Jenny but oh how I wish I did personally, because if I did, I would remind her every day just how truly magnificent, inspiring, majestic, breathtakingly beautiful, and truly loved she is. Jenny is the epitome of the word exquisite.

Oh, it's beautiful Jenny. ❤ Of all the wonderful souls who've been a part of your beautiful channel, she has so touched my heart the most. Her story has stayed with me and I love listening to her understanding about life and healing, and the invaluable power of reaching out to others who we all need in our lives. ❤Her wisdom and insight in recognizing all that she's learned, like the profound gift of silence while being physically present, and her moving forward is a testament to the beautiful and strong spirit and survivor she is! All hugs and love, dear Jenny. ❤
