I've followed the motivationaldoc advice for the last 6 months and it has worked amazingly for me. The apple cider vinegar, change of diet, the spices and vitamins he's recommended with a little bit of exercise has me feeling better then I felt 20 years ago and I lost 35 pounds. I also lowered my LDL cholesterol from the mid 300 to 166 and lowered my blood pressure as well.
