On this episode, my special guest is my podcast partner and global food industry expert, Dr. Sylvain Charlebois, as we cook a super simple yet luxuriously delicious recipe.
Not shown on camera, you pour about a quarter bottle of grappa, or more commonly brandy, on and around the chicken towards the end of the cook. Note: take your bird off the BBQ before doing this and pour separately as spills and the heat might ignite the alcohol. Then, put it back to roast for the last ten minutes or so. Amazing!
