That awkward moment when Sharapova got it completely right, Nouni got it half right, Wozniacki got it completely wrong, and everyone was frustrated. Caro probably thought that making a fuss about a challenge would distract Maria and make her lose focus (glad she didn't). Anyway, moments like this make you appreciate Eva Asderaki.

Wozniacki is so arrogant and ridiculous. Why should her opponent be forced to waste her challenge just to help her win that point? If the situation were reverse, i have no doubt she would have given a big fat NO for an answer; So it’s unbelievable that she even has the gull to request the referee to do something to get Sharapova to challenge that point that might end up landing Wozniacki a favor. She’s so entitled.

Nouni only got it half right. His overrule came after Wozniacki struck the ball. Yes Nouni correctly overruled the ball in...but it should have been Sharapova's point and end of the match. I NEVER liked Wozniacki, she was a chronic complainer, and I hated her game. Never understood why the commentators and analysts always talked about how loved she was...
