Uncontested Divorce 101: Get Divorced Without the Drama (Or Expense!)

Question: i want an uncontested divorce. We are living in a house that I brought...she is nowhere on the deed, title, etc. Married less than 2 years...no kids together and she won't leave...What can I do?

What if u don’t have no joint property or bank accounts or debts or assets anything together, like bought together while living together, but then you separated due to domestic abuse, but did not press charges however moved to shelter home then found a job and a place to live and eventually had first bank account and support myself… and it’s been more than 3 years we are not in contact at all. Completely zero contact, he has no information about my place of employment or residence or phone number, all he has is my email address. So basically, what happens when u go for divorce and you don’t ask for any alimony nor anything from him and just want him to sign divorce? Also I don’t want to bring up domestic abuse thing in court and drag it since I am not asking for anything from him, I want my life back and my nai den name that’s all, if he was man enough he would have cared to look for me ask my parents or emailed me or anything but nothing ever, he had ways to get in touch with me but he never did but him and his parents were extremely abusive and hence all we stayed together under one roof after our marriage was literally 80 days… pls advice
