Congress, CPM & BJP Boycott Mamta Banerjee's Swearing In Ceremony

The Congress - CPM alliance and BJP have decided to boycott the swearing in ceremony of Mamta Banerjee as the Chief Minister of West Bengal for the second time. The event will take place in Kolkata where a galaxy of political heavy weights led by Bhutan Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay will attend the function. This includes Chief Ministers like Arvind Kejriwal, Akhilesh Yadav, Nitish Kumar and Union Ministers, Arun Jaitely and Babul Supriyo as well as former Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister, Farooq Abdulla. The swearing in ceremony will take place at historic red rod in Kolkata.
