I think the edited composition looks great more true to the iconic image of wicked and someone did a great job photoshopping it the red smile is so inviting and makes me want to see the movie. Her eyes being hidden doesn't erase the character it makes the character more alluring and mysterious I love it.
I'm bummed out her reaction to wicked fans creativity was so far out left field. It's not personal attack. It was just creative expression

People who are saying that the edited one is not a personal attack or whatever, it’s not your decision though. Cynthia Erivo decided to handle it in her own way and I think it was awesome. The original one (of Cynthia and Ariana) is just an adaptation of the original (illustrated) poster which means it’s not supposed to be the same. Btw I’m not trying to offend anyone or call anyone out this is just my opinion.
