As an Indian the forbidden day for haircut is tuesday not saturday . Even hair salon are shut down on tuesday.

The India one is from very long ago and actually had a logical reason back then, the thing was when this rumor came to be not many people in India even had a simple candle lamp and hence they use to go to sleep around 7-8pm and obviously u can't cut nails in the dark or u might end up damaging the skin near the nail, so to discourage people to do this, the rumour was spread

Anyway, here's a brownie recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Beat in flour, cocoa, and salt. If desired, fold in nuts.
4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overcook; the brownies should be moist in the center.
6. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

As a Russian I can only say, that nobody thinks here that placing empty water bottles on the ground gives you good luck. Also women can “sit on the ground” as much as they want, I’ve just heard this for the first time
