Cooking menudo in my instant pot. Made it with blanched juallio chiles and new Mexico chiles with a few paquin chiles for heat. Hope it's good my first time cooking menudo, old boss will take some home as my tester. HEHEHE 😊😊

Thanks for the menudo spice recipe. Now the only difference is I grind my chillies into a powder (quaillo chili pods without the seeds in coffee grinder. I might uses a ancho chili pod in the mix.

Thank you for the recipe. You should hang a quilt over a coat rack or a tall chair in the room off camera to get rid of the echo in the room. An inexpensive fix.

You mentioned Bolner's Fiesta Chili powder - you would put it in the description... I found light and dark versions on Amazon - which one do you use?

I like menudo spices but hate menudo soup because of what is in it. I know call weird.
