I called Apple support they will not ship a phone from a different country to a different country unfortunately
butttt I bought the dual Sim model iPhone 11 through eBay
it works on all carriers all the LTE bands are the same!
for Verizon based carriers they required the IMEI to match with the Sim card and the IMEI is out of country so the system will recognize it..

if you activate a Sim card in another phone
and just put the Sim card in it seems to work as long as their system doesn't audit IMEIs to match sims

Actually you can ship a new iPhone from US to you country by setting the address for a third party shipping company.however some time e they reject the order in this case you may try another shipping company or ask em for different address.sometes Apple reject the order because of the credit card you use. As you said the iphone is cheaper in the US in my country the 64gb mini cost 800$
And ip12pro max 1440$ about 340$ mor than us.to add US version has mmwav which we may use after 3year
