Abortion in the case of medical danger to the mother, even if death isn't imminent, should be allowed. But since Abortion isn't a power specifically given to the federal govt in the constitution, state law prevails. The feds don't have a say in the matter.

Idaho’s law is only an issue if it usurps federal jurisdiction. The medical laws by the federal government are nice but are not with in federal jurisdiction. So they are Not part of an enumerated power. So the state law trumps federal law.

Supremacy clause just means that the US Supreme Court gets final say in the adjudication of the topic. Since states have most government jurisdiction, that makes sense as a balance of power in our federalist system. They don’t get to change legislation.
