A Chinese company stealing intellectual property?
That never happens, ever (SARCASM)

I’m broke but even I know paying $1-4 dollars for a shirt is wrong. There has to be some type of slavery on the distribution side for the costs of the clothes to be so cheap…

No company should rely on these so call "influencers" for advertising..A little known fact...Everybody hates people calling themselves "influencer"...The arrogance.
It's a quick way for a company to get on everyone's bad side.

If it's too good to be true... it probably is.

I never purchased from them. Anything that cheap is made cheap. Are they using child labor to produce such cheap clothes?

To be honest, it's not a 'true copycat'. When they take something, they reproduce it avec 90% decreased quality.

I guess they're hoping this all blows over. But Shein's profit increased by 90 billion in just three years, you can bet other fashion companies are gunning for them. If they can take Shein out, some of that revenue will go back to them. At this point it really does feel like they have something to hide, but only time will tell.

Finding this brand in thrift stores and charity shops is disappointing as these are just fast fashions.

If I was a designer, I would not be saying that cheap Chinese knockoffs are "exact copies" of my products. 😂

In China if you have a product that sells, be prepared for about 500 knockoffs of that product.
And does China care? No.

Uhm f21 and Zara has been doing this ever since the beginning. They’re only targeting shien because they’re growing so fast and they’re a Chinese company.

Let’s not forget f21 had litigation after litigation for copyright infringements. This isn’t new for fast fashion brands.

Also these only happen when the overall economy isn’t doing well. All it’s doing is lawyers getting paid big $.

At the end shien will settle because it will be cheaper to do so but they’ll continue to copy copy copy. Doesn’t change the narrative of fast fashion. This is clearly a plot for keeping lawyers bellies full. Selfish and greedy lawyers in my opinion. Pretty sure these cases are not pro bono
