How to get multiple new text field onclick every click on button HTML JavaScript

I can see button is displayng every time when we click to display the other text filed. can i stop repeating that button. I want a single to do action like adding the text filed i want to display a multiple text field with single button. can it be possible or not. Please help me as soon as if possible how?
