Hey guys. I'm still confined to bed after breaking my leg. Full story on that in the future. In the mean-time I now have time to edit lots of the footage I have built-up like this one. More coming soon. Thanks for understanding.

As a bicycle courier in London I can confirm from my experience that the Chinese replica of Lezyne Power Drive 1100i, which is named EasyDo EL-1110 last twice longer than the original. And it's four time cheaper.

By far the single most helpful and insightful bike light comparison video I've ever seen. The fact that you took time to not only do a full unboxing/specs walkthrough, but then do a comparison on a dark road gives me the best picture possible of how good these lights are and how they compare to each other. Thank you!

I've own a Gaciron 1000lm V11 light for a year. This is the best purchase I've made in terms of front light !
The V11 is a cylindrical light without a battery. You need a battery pack but it's small at 2.5" or 6cm long. I bought a 10000 mAh flat phone battery pack that I put in a triathlon type top tube bag.
The great thing is, as batteries become more and more energy dense and less expensive, I can "upgrade" and prolong the light autonomy and the battery pack for other use on the bike or elsewhere.
The 1000lm is great at any speed.
I highly recommend Gaciron products.

I got the Gaciron V9D 1800. It is just amazing. I have Cygolite 1, 100 and the Gaciron is really more powerful.

You can hold the power button 2 seconds for the Gaciron and it will do a super fast flashing in two modes at 1, 800 lumens it is amazing. He didn’t show that in the video.

Thanks for the video.

You are NOT wasting your time. Finding review for chinese-made light, let alone a thorough one is next to impossible. I need your opinion though. I rode through mostly well-lit paved road with a few poor-lit stretches due to overgrown trees or being simply too wide for the street light. My main concern is to spot potholes and either avoid or brake in time. Do you think 800 lumens is enough for this? I'm tempted by Gaciron's 800 lumens light because the 1800 lumens version is 3 times the price and I have concern about blinding the car in front of me too.

thx for the video. I'm gonna buy 10 of those cheapo chinese lights and I'm gonna troll in my city. Lights away!

Your first video after your accident is about lights.
Is it some kind of a metaphor ? 🤔
"You will see the light at the end of the tunnel"
Meaning in these difficult times, you will see things progressively improve ... keep the moral up !

You have it backwards, while Chinese make most of the lights on the market, those lights are designed and engineered by the companies that charge more in America. The Chinese simply take those designs and after they are done producing the expensive brands, produce the cheap ones, in other words they are counterfeits. Also want's not told is how well will they warranty those lights? I know a lot of people who bought Chinese made stuff directly from the manufacture, had a warranty issue and got no response whatsoever, I have that going on right now with a pair of cycling shorts. I knew of people who did manage to get a response, told to send the unit in, which they do, but then never hear from them again. So what guarantee do we have that we won't be treated the same with a warranty issue? there is no guarantee, there are reasons why you want to pay more.

Can you make a video on the brightest tailights?

These are usually made in the same factory. The big brands design the light, the factory copies it and sells it loads cheaper. I bought a beard trimmer from Amazon recently and it's better than any top branded I've ever owned and 1/4 the price

using Gaciron 400 lumen a year, bought 17$ from AliExpress. Zero problems. Works great, good for city. In stobe mode it is impossible to stay unnoticed. Would like if it had a mode like car high beams with remote.

Good Day. I have been a loyal Gaciron buyer. I have bought 9 models so far. I only have 1 problem. My most expensive V20D-1700 is malfunctioning/no longer working properly. I am in the Philippines. I have talked to almost every seller and they said there are no service centers for repair. One shop told me they do not repair items that are not from them despite me showing a receipt and actual box.

Gaciron should have a repair center for your beautiful lights or atleast provide us manuals on how to open it and do it ourselves. Such a waste of money if I would have to trash this. Thank you.

I use what is arguably the most famous Chinese brand amongst westerners, namely Fenix. They made their mark with regular flashlights before entering the bike light market. I have the Fenix BC30R, which retail for $130 US, but can be found for under $100. Another well-known flashlight brand is Nitecore; they offer the BR35 at roughly the same price.
