You know something is wrong with this country/state when a 67 Y/o on retirement has to start working again to pay her bills.

What a mess! What are they moving there for? Taxes have increased steadily, water is a real problem which will definitely be going up and you have traffic fatalities at a record pace. Glad I moved out.

I want to hear rent regulation in the next NV governmental election candidates. These rental properties are doing what they want with rental prices.

Supply and demand. we've all been spoiled the last decade because inflation has remained low. It is just equalizing but also shocking to many that are unprepared. In the seventies and eighties we had significant inflation.
real estate typically goes up 3 to 4% per year. It just doesn't do it equally each year. gas and food are up significantly. Prices are skyrocketing on many goods and services. real estate is no exception.
