The concept of Virtual Commissioning (VC) has become one of the most essential phases in the development and simulation of automated manufacturing processes.

By creating a digital copy of the real system installment, companies have the ability to test out more complex scenarios using robots and complicated mechanics design, greatly decreasing the startup time of the plant and shortening the product’s time to market, while increasing the overall quality at the same time.

This video will present a quick study on how to connect a simulation with 4 Kuka robots to a PLCSIM Advanced" instance.

All the decisions and controls will be taken on the PLCSIM software. We chose this approach since it enables us to digitize every equipment and validate both simulation and PLC code using just one computer.

Conceptul de Virtual Commissioning (VC) a devenit una dintre cele mai importante etape în dezvoltarea și simularea proceselor automatizate de fabricație.

Prin crearea unei copii digitale a asistemului de fabricaţie real, companiile au posibilitatea de a testa scenarii mai complexe folosind roboți și diverse ansable mecanice, reducând timpul de pornire al instalației și scurtarea timpului de introducere pe piață al produsului, mărind în același timp calitatea generală a produsului.
