I love living close to Windermere. Although I'm not in "Windermere proper" I feel the sense of community in the newer section and I'm perfectly happy with it. Lakeside Village Plaza has the beautiful lakeside park and the bike trails - there are always a ton of people out walking and biking and playing sports on the field. It's a perfect central hub, and I get to see all the beautiful mature trees on my way home. We can also see Magic Kingdom fireworks from our neighborhood each night. Ten minuets to Disney parking from my driveway :) And what a beautiful listing Ken! The location is golden!

I love this house! There's so few traditional houses anymore. It's either super ornate/Italia or super glitzy/modern. Love this one!!! Now I need to win the PowerBall and then you're my first call. So pretty.

A few years ago there was a 3 hour wait for trick or treaters to get in and get candy from rich people in Keene’s point. The cars were blocking 535 road

A-mazing house! This is the video I needed a few months ago. I was looking in Keene’s Pointe, but couldn’t find something in my price range that did not need a ton of upgrades. I kept looking for KP videos, but none were as good as this one. I think if you showed some of the nice pocket parks, Clubhouse tour, and boat launch spot with some details about it, it would make it even better. You may want to tag this for KP too.

I love Keene’s Pointe and this is probably the best KP video out there. If folks strike out on finding inventory there in their price range, they should consider Laureate Park in Lake Nona. You get a lot of the same vibes, also A+ schools K-12, but more amenities. And, everything is much newer with less updating needed. Compare their clubhouse pool with LP’s aquatic center. LP’s is much nicer. Not many $2M homes in LP though. If you have $2.5M, KP will probably work better for you. The house shown in this video is hard to beat. Love it!

Windermere is expensive and overrated. I only go there to visit family. I hate the roundabouts and bad roads. It’s very rural. Ken you should show some of the real homes not just mansions. Another bad thing about Windermere it’s next to Crime Hills. IMO Dr. Phillips is the nicest in Orlando 🤩
