Probably one of the most beautifully crafted explosion scene in a movie I've ever seen.

Hey guys! This might sound crazy, but when I was a kid (around 2009 or 2010), I saw a movie on TV that I can't remember the name of. There was this one scene with a bomb explosion that really stuck with me. I've been trying to find the movie ever since, but I had no luck... until today! I finally found it! I loved book's version better: it looked for people like a true miracle - the man who must've been dead suddenly appeared behind a statue of an angel. While the explosion was flashy, it lacked mystery of the original plot

Except a piece of antimatter that size would destroy the entire city and beyond, not a 0.5 mile section of sky. The helicopter would not be able to fly far enough away.

As much as better book maybe. Doesnt mean this scene here & the movie itself isn't great. This was an incredible moment. Beautiful. Heaven opened it's doors & an angel fell. A fallen angel.

Whenever i watch a movie i can see plot twists coming miles away, but i confess that in this movie i really didn't see that coming, the guy that saved the Vatican was actualy the bad guy😂

Ain’t no way that dude survived the explosion. He was literally hanging on a parachute, got slammed into the building at what must have been 90 mile an hour wind or more, and then dragged several feet across it.
