This is subjective, u might disagree or agree but everyone looks at champions from diffrent perspectives. U can't satisfy everyone but i can at least give everyone a general idea.

I definitely think grasp is the problem with Camille right now. It gives her an easy way out of hard matchups, which just means she gets to scale for free. Not to mention other meta top laners are using grasp aswell.

I was expecting this video bro, right now Grasp is just broken, i don't care if the nerf to this rune hurts tanks (and actually i just don't know why they can outrade a lot of tops with really low effort) but the fact that lategame champs (like Camille and GP) had a strong/good lane phase just contradicts the essence of being a late champ.

I agree. With everything. I dont play camille, or know any OTPs myself, but i played agianst decent (not even challenger) Camilles in my game, and its really difficult to deal with her mid and late game and she doesnt really feel that weak in lane (im a jungler so i duel her once in a while).
I also think her Q is the most problematic part of her kit (hehe darius R on 2 second cd hehe) so if i were to touch anything, it would be that. If they were to rebalance her, maybe they can shift power away from the Q and move to other parts of her kit, similar to how they rebalanced irelia, by making the R much stronger, but less mechanics on it.
Also Conqueror revert pls. Im a Yi OTP, it is actually quite noticable and i hope they revert it for real and just make it only work on melee attackers.
