How to Fix iPhone Download Error 'A device attached to the system is not functioning'

This video shows how to fix problems downloading video and pictures from iPhone 11 to a PC. It should work on Mac as well. When trying to download computer gets "A device attached to the system is not functioning" error. This should work on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 pro, iPhone XR, iphone X, iPhone X max, iPhone 8, and iPhone 7 to a Windows PC.

After spending hours of frustration and research of every single suggestion online (you have to use Icloud, you have to use windows photo app, you have to do this, you have to do that, this needs installed, this needs updated). I watch one video for less than two minutes and you fixed all my problems with the snap of a finger. Way to go talking me off that bridge man, Kudos!
