Janette Manrara: Strictly pro says toxic relationships brought out least favourite side

You can unsubscribe at any time. Strictly Come Dancing professional Janette Manrara, 37, said she has removed herself from toxic relationships, after it brought out a side to her which wasn't her best. The dancer explained she has now learnt when to “filter out” people.  The dancer opened up about her thought process with Psychotherapist Kevin Guthrie on his podcast Invincible You, aired on Home Radio. He asked her when her journey into matters of the mind began and when she took a keen interest in positive psychology. The Strictly pro said it had been a “long journey” for her but she “hit a big realisation” about the matter recently. Explaining further, she said: “It’s kind of that self-awareness thing, isn’t it?
