Explore Santa Monica's Charming Main Street

Just two blocks from the beach, Santa Monica's Main Street has a friendly & relaxing vibe with numerous restaurants, boutiques, and of course coffee shops! Located just about 1 mile south from the Santa Monica Pier -- this neighborhood Main Street is definitely worth a visit when you're in Santa Monica. I start this walk at the intersection of Main Street and Marine Street -- right on the border with Venice Beach. I conclude the walk at the Santa Monica Community Garden at Strand Street.

Nice Video. I like to park in the meters behind Main St. by the hour, walk 3 minutes to the beach and swim and then have lunch or a massage on Main St. Nice half day and not too cher.

Hi Chris. Thanks for the wonderful walking tour.Surprising more people don't visit here since it's pretty close from the pier. Too bad more people don't walk pass the tourist traps and explore the surrounding neighborhood.I tend to find many interesting places and fabulous places to eat. Tsukiji Sushi Sen is a nice place It reminds me of an outdoor Izakaya. Hopefully people will see this video and check out Main Street. I just hope the locals don't get too upset with the increase in tourists. Take care.
