Sir i have one weighing scale in my lab. when I am turning it on it's showing overload. Manufacturer is Kern. Can you guide me what's a problem and how I can resolve it please?

Pretty sure you weren’t checking the excitation voltage there, you had no battery connected you are actually checking the resistance of the strain gauge legs.
