Sooo enjoyable watching proper meals prepared with passion. Big, bold use of veg and herbage making them equal stars with the meat. This is what Sunday dinner has always meant to me.

I have been roasting the beef and turkey wrong my whole married life LOL (yes I the Husband always does the Chrimbo meal while my wife sits and chats with the family and drink a glass or two, actually while I'm cooking I'm also having a sip or two ;)--- ) thank you, Jamie, for this it will be done like THIS! this year

Jamie I really admire you, when I was at catering college at tender age of 29 😢 my lecture had a book by naked chef and ever since what you stand for is beautiful and is so hard to see (other people chef’s) giving you 😢😢😢😢 keep going you have a beautiful family 😊

I just think you are adorable. The way you get so excited about even the little things. But in cooking it is the little things that make the biggest difference right. I learned how to cook from my Grandmother she was a amazing cook. It was are thing are special time together. Are one on one time with 10 other grandkids one on one time was not easy. The other kids would be outside playing not me. I was sitting on my Grandmother kitchen counter top. So I could see what she was doing. My Mom tells me I started do it when I was 2 years old. My grandmother was the best person and cook I have ever seen. When are your kids going to start helping you in the kitchen? I have tried a lot of your recipes and I can say I have never been disappointed with any of then. They were all amazing recipes. I will be stealing your roasted potatoes for the holidays this year. So thank you for sharing all your recipes with us.
