Never worry about being unfair to any police department. If they are doing wrong, not reporting it is unfair to all the regular innocent citizens that are being victimized by them. The people always should matter more than the police.

Absolutely not! It is time for all districts to monitor their Police Departments more closely. Taxpayers are the ones who have to pay up when police officers decide to function outside the auspices of the US Constitutions.
